(possible exceptions may apply). and as for why they sued napster, im pretty sure it was not for quite so altruistic purposes as simply trying to make sure indie bands weren't screwed (who the hell would be so naive as to believe THAT???). i think it's probably something rather closer to the reasons prince had for sueing youtube.
