I always love it when boards get bogged down in the good ol' overrated discussion...

It always makes me wonder what system of rating is being used, and if a band is under or over rated, wouldn't they avoid the entire rating scale? They'd be above being rated or below it... rating would be somewhere in the middle where said band is not...

I'm thinking about this too much, aren't I?
