What's up, Musicians Forums? I was gone for nearly 2 weeks, but I have returned. For the last 6 days or so of my absence I was at a hyper-nerdy convention called "MAGfest." It stands for 'Music And Gaming Festival'. I really went for the music, and I also performed a couple songs, which I will post once I get the video and audio from the guys that filmed it.
I did another Dwelling of Duels competition (the same competition where I made the MMX medley, the funky Sonic 3 song and the epic C&C Red Alert mix) for this month, and all the songs were played live. This month there was quite literally not one song (well, maybe 1) that sucked. 37 entries, and that's a lot for this competition.
All the voting happened live there too. In the end I got 3rd place. I was really surprised I got in top 10 at all because of how many great tracks there were.
