I dunno, the Carter 2 was a good album. Tha Mobb is probably the best intro I've heard for an album evar. But I would say the Carter 3 is a presentation of Wayne's maturing/evolving power level in his music. Although it seems like a lot of people see it as a devolution, which confuses the hell out of me.
Have you checked out the Drought is Over 2? It's like the Carter 3, but more basic and with more tracks. Greater than or equal to, to me.
