I intend to get into some jazz soon (going through a bit of a post-punk blitz at the moment) and when I do I'm gonna start with this guy. Of what I've heard he is an amazing composer.

All I've got is his latest album River, the one which comprises mostly of duets, and it was one of my favourite albums of 2007 - such wonderfully laid back and smooth vibes to the whole thing. This track in particular is pure gold;

I'll definitely be hunting down a few more works of his in future and going from, 'cos frankly my collection of jazz (of all kinds) is pathetic.
