When we talk about live music, there should be little distinction between artistry and entertainment. How one entertains the crowd should be part of the artistic, vision, it is after all the name of the game. The only way I can see a musician as merely an artist and not an entertainer would be someone who only records and does not play live. Otherwise, calling oneself an 'artist' as an excuse to put on a weak live show is pathetic and lazy.
