ucking hoo. The poverty rate in America has risen under Bush because of his stupid tax cuts (and the middle class shrunk! Not hard to figure out where they've gone to.) If his administration has taught us anything (and it's taught us alot about what not to do) it's that giving tax cuts to the rich is a bad idea.
