Just come back from a stint on a friends exercise bike and considering I have'nt been on a bike for a while I done OK. 7 miles in 20 minutes . Combine that with some weight work later on and this should get me back in shape if I carry on with this twice a week. I'm running at 168 lbs and for 5'6" that's a little too much (although I carry it quite well) so if i can drop to about 160 I will be pleased as punch.
