Tina Fey did a great job with 30 Rock. There are not many women in TV comedy that I tend to particularly impressed with but she is certainly one of them on that show. I wouldnt say Alec Baldwins character was THAT good mind you but I agree he is very good. Better in regular TV sitcom than I thought he would be.
