Replicas is a great album. He did fade pretty badly after his first three albums though, which is a shame really (avoid his Strange Charm album like the plague).
As for his best song, I've never really been so fond of Cars. There's a song called We Have a Technical, a bonus track on the CD reissue of Replicas, which is an absolute masterpiece.
