I've been doing some simple exercises almost every day, except for when I have really tough days at work. (masonry can get really strenuous)
30 vertical crunches
100 bicycle crunches
40 reverse crunches
40 oblique crunches (20 for each side)
30 - 50 pushups (all depends)
20 bicep curls to halfway, 20 FROM halfway, and 20 full
20 dumbell flies
