I think it's funny that you have to take a test to drive and enter the military, but not vote, drink, or smoke. What if a person had to complete a small alcohol awareness course/test in order to lift the restriction of not being able to purchase alcohol after a certain age, but lowering that age to 18?
I like alcohol but i'm admittedly a sissy: I most only drink red wine and margaritas and hard cider. Occasionally I'll have some Shiner or leinenkugels (sp?).
