3 days ago one of my friends reawakened my Christianity, and scene then i have been reading the bible, praying, and coincidentally writing songs about my renewed faith.

My Religion
To go out of your way to resist temptation
Following you into a new life
giving the one i have right now to Jesus
But i cant see you clearly even now i know
Satan seems the one who's in control
To love God with all my heart and all my soul it seems
Cannot be done so feasibly by me
And where now can i go?
Will i be doomed to never know
the peace and love that only you can bring to me?
The prodigal son runs away from home to live a sinful life
If i should be so lucky to return to God
And what now can i do?
So i will sit and pray to you
And pray that you will never let me die
The sheep that wonders far away
so easily be led astray
your love is strong enough to hold me here i pray
The Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit
hold me in your light
help me be the best that i can be
And i will turn to you
And all that you can do
'cause you can heal the blind man so he'll
see and be
Please, Lord be the one who can save me
Help me see
