Actually it's practise when it's verb, not practice, that's the noun form.
Secondly, from what I can tell the reason your post was deleted was because you disobeyed the rules of the forum in some way.
Finally, seeing as you obviously have an aversion to reading the rules, excessive insulting of other members is not considered a good way to avoid being banned.
