The crowning achievement of tropicália, easy. I sometimes wonder if it's the somewhat Americanized style she's got that I'm biased towards, but I don't think so. Yeah, she was influenced by the likes of Jefferson Airplane, but there's plenty of foreign-gal stuff going on here anyway. But I love the way her taste for American psychedelia permeated the music so flawlessly, lending some sort of unsurpassed power and timelessness to a record that probably was going to be wonderful to begin with. Not that Brazilians aren't powerful or timeless. I don't know.
