Default saturday six pack, mule style.

This Saturdays 6-Pack are;

1) What was the best concert you have been to?

2) Are you old enough to vote?

3) If you could change one thing in your life what would it be?

4) What is your most prized possession?

5) What has been the highlight of your life so far?

6) What are you going to do on your next day off?

1. Steely Dan, "08 think fast tour...dodge theater( as previously stated)
best concert & worst audience, Best music being played for maybe 200 true fans and 3000 ancient relics there to hear deacon blues.. which was not played.
2. Yes, and i'm ashamed to admit this last presidential election was the first , (as an adult ) i was allowed to vote in, not because of my age... my felonies.
and i didn't vote, i suck at democracy, i would thrive in a feudal society.
3. My Tattoos, if only i'd listened, so much time & money, so little relavence to who i am now...
4. My most prized possesions are my autographed backstage passes, They are a record of stories that other people have to make up, i guess it's actually the memories of the events.
5. Well leaving out the standards of kids being born and marrying my second wife(my first true love) i'll say the moment sitting on the side of the stage with Brad Delp on my left and Barry Goudreau on my right then my best friend "Drew Fi Delecti " sitting on his right, Joe Walsh had just taken the stage. Joe says " I used to be in this band", I yell,(way too loudly)" Eagles" and Joe spins toward us and not knowing which one said it, and replies "no, the other one." we all yell in "stereo"( at the same time and in harmony i might add) "James Gang!!" Joe says "That's the one." and goes in to funk49. that riff at that moment with the guys from Boston and my best friend smiling from ear to ear....that qualifies as a highlight thats hard to eclipse. for me at least.
6. I've been out of work since dec.12th '08, i'm looking forward to going back to work, God Bless The Carpenters Union. however in the spirit of the question; i like the wake and bake, followed by a few hours of good film, any good film, as the door bell rings my mouth starts salavating. After Mr. Chens #3 special it's re-charge time ( nap) afternoon finds us refreshed and hungry again, to chens via my Dog Town 42" Long board and end up at the pier for midday chat session with actual human beings,(face to face i mean) and check out high tide waves, if theres anything happening, take advantage of it.
At 5:00 we get out cause the whites are hunting right now with the migration of the Tuna. they're after the sealions heading to spring breeding grounds, whales too. that leaves getting home in time to throw together a salad for the wifey, then back to sea side to while away the sunset and look for the best way to light the pipe in strong off shore wind, the other reason 5:00 is the end to the surf. we ride a tandem down and back so a good day is when she helps out on the way back up the hill. Finishing with a bowl of rice krispies and reading some more great threads, and trying to contribute in my own way. So that's about a good day off for me, a perfect one would be the same just my wife with me all day.
