Hooverphonic - Sit Down and Listen To
this is amazing. i thought i had all Hooverphnic until i stumbled upon this yesterday. it's an acoustic album featuring some of their best stuff. recorded live, but with no audience - sound is warm and clean.
the lack of synth throws the songs from their usual place among other great trip-hop sounds in to a more jazzy, downtempo place. the vocals are jaw-dropping, especially on 2Wicky.
any Hooverphonic fan must get this one! or if you want to hear some awesome and very original acoustic sounds accompanied by one of the most incredible voices in the world, then track it down. it's superb
