Yoga, thats pretty cool!, its always amazed me how flexible people that do yoga are. I never actually tied Yoga myself, I think Id injure myself or pull a muscle trying to pull off some of those moves, hahaha!! Ive heard its relly good for you though.

i've been doin it since i was a kid,...i used to show horses competitively (as did my mother) and she had me do it because it improves your ballance, posture, and flexiblity so much
i still do it a few times a week and it makes me feel not quite such a clutz
in the past two years i've really gotten into bikram yoga, where its alittle more intense and you do it in a heated room,..........i feel like i get a good sweat, somedays i swear i can litterly feel my body pulling itself leaner,.....and its intense enough that i feel like i've really done something
other than that, i just run my ass off
i know i need to tone more though
