Well, as I've been on a Gentle Giant splurge over the last two days, I'll just pick an album from their discography that I own to "digg".
Gentle Giant - Gentle Giant (1970)
What do we have here? A debut that certainly speaks volumes of diversity, talent and a general taste for weirdness, though even by prog. standards this is pretty strange stuff. "Nothing At All" is my favorite track, followed closely by "Alucard" whose sax/drum and tuba combo is a wonder to behear, and the multi-part vocal harmonies in general are wonderful. However, there really are too many great things about this record to pick just one highlight, so I won't bother. An underrated classic IMO.
