It's good to hear that you've such a passion for playing the piano.

I've been playing on and off since I was 12, and though I enjoy playing by ear and freestyling, there's a satisfaction in reading music. As for the keyboard - I've been searching around for a good one lately as well. I also desperately want an 88-key board, but I don't think it will limit me so much to get a smaller one because the possibilities seem endless. If $200 is what you can afford, I say go for it - as long as you have a board to play. You can always resell it and get a better one.

As for bands you listed, what a tease! Only one? Second chance:
