We are using technology and our brains to eliminate our natural responsibilities, though its still inherent..

Just because technology evolves does not mean that we have. Just because we have invented does not mean we have evolved.. It means we have figured out that 2+2 =4 that's not evolution, that's our brain... Basically if were born in a jungle with mommy and daddy away from modern civilization with no idea it was there you would rely on basic human instinct not technology...

Do you understand that ? We have suppressed our gender roles... I should have said with modern technology our gender roles are non- existent.

Obviously I understand what you are saying, but my point is that you have yet to offer any type of conclusion about this other than stating two very different and contradictory views of gender roles. Yes, from a strictly biological standpoint, women are designed to bear and raise children, which you pointed out with the observation that biology defines gender roles. Yes, our species has developed to a point where we no longer have a need to adhere ONLY to the biological gender roles for survival.

Both valid observations, but completely useless in the discussion at hand unless you relate it in some way to the current theme of discussion. When you jumped in, the debate had been about weather a woman had more or less of a responsibility to her children than the father simply because of her biological attributes.

You jumped in, provided arguments for both sides, and haven't offered any analysis of your own. If you were simply arguing semantics and had no intention of actually offering an opinion then fine, but I don't see you as a person who backs away from an opinionated statement so it would be nice if you would specify which argument you're actually trying to promote.
