Mostly comes with the way you present yourself, the people you party with/are friends with, your behaviour AT a party, that attendee's willingness to drink themselves silly and spread their legs for you. If the attendee is not drunk, then you better hope you exude charisma. Not to mention whether that person is dating someone or otherwise, if the place that the party is being hosted has a spare room in which you two can tumble (otherwise it'll end up on youporn, and I'm sure that's not what your rep needs).
My point is: there are too many variables. Age helps too, I guess.
