It depends on the girl that I'm doing it for....some girls like me to leave it unshaved and busy....some prefer trimmed and some prefer bald
I regularly just keep it trimmed though I don't want to shave the whole area...it sucks when it's growing back in and it's super itchy down there.
I like my girls to be trimmed or bald. If they are bald they get something special
