Very, very laid back day for me and thats exactly how I wanted it to be! Spent some tie with my youngest daughter this morning, took her to the park and she had a great time! The rest of my day was spent chilling out watching TV, posting on MB and being lazy... a speed I need to be at, considering the stress/ anxiety issues that have come to light in my life with this week just gone...
