We need more people to just hang around even if there's no chat going on. Several times already, I open the IRC client and see people have joined and said "hello?", then left again before I noticed anyone had joined. Have a little patience, people!

About an operator (moderator) policy, I'll of course set every MB moderator who join up as operator on the channel. Basically, I'd like the people in power there to be the same as on here.
Temporarily since there's not much people on, I'll also make the Banter bot give op-status to anyone I trust who can hang around on the channel for longer periods of time since it helps for channel stability. Aside from a few moderators, Comus and RezZ are currently auto-ops!
