Let me tell you guys something, I know the lot of you hate Pearl Jam,
a lot. But I don't know how anyone cannot at least give them some credit, they're the only grunge band (next to The Melvins) that's managed to last this long, the only band to not be forever limited by the "grunge" brand, they took their risks, they have kept their fanbase while keeping a relatively low profile, told ticketmaster to go f*ck themselves. Surely that's more admirable than Scott Weiland, other than aping other grunge singers for so long, his greatest claim to fame is simply being the guy most people first think of when "flamboyant herion junkie rock star" comes to mind. Be sure to catch the guy on VH1's Celebrity Rehab sometime in the future.
