besides the 'big three' (Arrested Development, A Tribe Called Quest & De la Soul) there were others which brought new breath into hip-hop. The Pharcyde's Bizarre Ride II is one of the coolest records of the era, and as for the late nineties revival i'd say Main Source doesn't get much rep but they were there as well.
