Well I've never had a one night stand since I've preferred to keep things at a relationship level in the past, though I have had the opportunity more than once in the past year.
But if I were to have one, it wouldn't be selfish... pleasuring your girl should be one of the most appealing parts even if you're never going to see her again, and I'm sure there are plenty of other guys who feel that way.
