^ Yes we all know about that. I still think Come as you Are blows away 80's.
The tunes are distincitive, they are definetely not identical. Everything with the exception of the guitar line sound totally different, and I wouldn't even say the guitar line is exactly the same.
Besides that this "plagiarism" happens all the time, there are so many tunes out there that I think this thread is moot.

And the song was released in 1991.
