How many styles have you embraced by having 'Wu-Tang Clan' (whom I dont personally like) & 'Captain Beefheart' (whom I have a few of his albums- 'Safe As Milk' & 'The Spotlight Kid/Clear Spot' but find him a bit difficult to get into (personally prefer Frank Zappa). So 'rap' & 'weird ass 60s rock'. Wow...
Funnily enough, two of those alleged sacred cows didn't get inducted.

It's about classifying MB's sacred cows, not the world's. Which artists are universally liked or close to it by the MB community. The real problem is that not enough people are willing to try out these artists and instantly vote no or abstain, when in fact they may quite like them.

You want someone different to get a chance? You nominate them...
