But definitely need to eat meals with high proteins and moderate to high carbs if you want to put muscle on. Also eating pretty constantly with emphasis on eating right when you get up in the morning and maybe a light protein shake before you go to sleep.

Yeaa, in a normal work day I drink a 4L thing of water. And tons when I work out as well. I also got these Milk Thistle vitamins from my suppliment store and they're super good for your liver and kidneys.
