Psshhhhhhhh NO! A lot of really great music came out of the 80's
I agree entirely. The first two Slayer albums are ridiculously outdated but Reign in Blood sounds like is was reorded yesterday. Sepultura's Schizophrenia is one of the best 80's Thrash albums but sounds dated too.
