As for added responsibilities, it can certainly become tedious (not saying it is here, but I have experiences from elsewhere), but then having a large moderators team helps .. when you're off for a few days, someone else is there to pick up the slack and you do the same for them when they're gone. |
Yeah well thats true, days off? Im intriguied to know is there some kind of Rota for the mods where you get 5 on and 2 off but it has to work around your real life job lol.
