the show sucked when it got brought back to tv the first time. it was great when it first started, but then it went off the air for a bit and it turned into some animated version of 'friends' with a slight sci-fi twist. it was crap.
the movies are where it's at. it provides the writers with a perfect environment to create a really thought provoking AND entertaining story arc that doesn't have to be chopped up into bite sized 22 minute chunks.
i really think the series should stay off the tv and keep the direct to dvd releases coming.
