Eek, now I'm scared because I listen to a good amount of post-rock, and I don't want to stop liking it. I also downloaded Samla Mammas Manna's Måltid in September last year but never took the time to listen to it (it's sitting in the backlog with many other albums). I have Klossa Knapitatet on CD and though it was enjoyable, pretty much as you described Måltid.
