Two pieces that came to mind immediately were both by a band called Opeth. One was entitled "Patterns in the Ivy". The other: "For Absent Friends".
Now, after some more time to think, "Without Wings" by Corrosion of Conformity, as well as "Shallow Ground" by the same band.
And the last that I can think of right now is "Kiowas" by Sepultura.
Funny, none of these bands are reputable for their acoustic works.
