More than likely target with a high-powered satellite and disable the arming device. The North Korean missile technology is old. It's like an MIT student disecting a commodore 64. We can pretty much control anything by satellite these days. Which is actually very accurate, not much of a crap shoot at all. Unless you were alking multiple missiles at once, then it would be a problem. The biggest aftermath would be calming everyone down and of course neutralizing the North Korean chain of command after the incident.
