I find people who listen to hardcore stuff exclusively (like my old college roommate) kinda annoying to be honest. "Omg this breakdown is so awesome!11", "Omg this is soooo heavy!!" and so on and so forth gets pretty old to hear verrrry quickly, especially since I could show them bands all the way back from 1971 who make their favorite bands look about as brutal as The Carpenters.
