Yeah thats because weed is always in demand. The demand for X has gone down in the last few years. Both because of the negative effects on the brain and the fact that people are ****ing **** of techno music. Thats all speculation of course, but it sounds good.
In japan they had some good ass X, that was just last year. I was amazed. It's one of the only drugs you can get dowsn there. Japanese really like their pills. They are big smokers... of anything.

Expect awesomeness and watch out for the best time of your life, if your not ready for a life changing experience (for the better) then don't do it. Although I highly recommend anyone try it once.
