I wouldn't mind a little more muscle. I've gotten to where I take a walk every day, and I've been sticking to that for several months and I think I have lost weight because of it. I've started doing push ups.
But in the end, I'm not gonna change who I am, I don't want to, I'm a girly nerd and quite proud of it. I don't want to turn into one of them gym rat alpha male douchebags.
