Le Orme - Uomo di Pezza (1972)

Dreamy, acoustic based Italian progressive rock that flows like a quiet river from one mood to the next without the slightest effort. This particular album is concept based around one man' masculinity's place in a hostile universe that is quickly becoming obtuse and feminized. Fun stuff; I will definitely be checking out more of The Footprints (Le Orme) in the future!

Frost - Experiments In Mass Appeal (2008)

Electronic modern rock with helluva nice production values wrapped around a progressive chewy center? Count me in! If you like Porcupine Tree, then this is definitely your cup of tea.

BT - This Binary Universe (2006)

Wonderful ambient that makes you feel as if everything is all so far away and distant. It sometimes picks up the pace and morphs briefly into jazzy techno-glitch, but its the quiet sense of space that really stands out here. Recommended!
