No, if you look it up, Adam Smith believed strongly in government oversight.
It's in Thom Hartmann's book Screwed. You'd like it, he mostly talks about failed Reaganomics, and getting back to a strong middle class through unionization, and reversing Reagan's tax cuts. A lotto #'s in that book.
