Hitler discriminated against and tried to kill off certain groups. Stalin thought everyone who wasn't a threat was worthless and expendable (while also hating Jews and other groups, knowing that to try to eliminate them would be a poor political move). You can take what you want out of that, but Stalin seems like more of a dick to me.
