The other way to interpret is that the woman thinks her baby is an animal. Either way it is totally an anti-abortion song, and he definitely calls her a disgrace. It's in line with Johnny Rotten/John Lydon's Catholicism, but not with the views of most of the people who worship the Sex Pistols so much.
