Ha...I'm still waiting on a new window from a big crack that occurred at the end of December. This morning I saw my landlord on the way out and he said "I'm gonna look into that glass one day soon." Sure! Last time he said "we'll get that glass taken care of as soon as it starts getting nicer" well it's July and it's been pretty damn nice out for a few months now. I have a feeling I'll be in the same situation as you...getting ready to move just before or just after he replaces the window.
