I remember mrs. doubtfire, and I remember crying at the end of it. I'm surprised you wouldn't add caddyshack for the 80's.
As far the 00's go, I'm not sure how I feel how about the seth judd apatow/seth rogen movies--the comedy seems a little pedestrian and lacking in clever dialogue--almost like the mere prescence of seth rogen is supposed to make it funny. Anchorman was awesome though.
