But remember the last book has been divided up into 2 movies... so one can hope that the first of these two movies will (hopefully) include the stuff that was left out. Like Dumbledore's funeral which is supposed to be the opening scene of the next movie, and all of the past memories of Tom Riddle and Snape.
The teen romances etc in the book were used to demonstrate how the characters are growing up. So some of that stuff was definitely needed. They just went a bit over the top I think.
Remember, they're always going to cut out heaps of stuff from the books. It would be impossible to include everything. You can't be too critical
