Using your hands to catch catfish, essentially you dip your arm in this "bait" which is mostly made from blood and guts then you dip your arm into the water and wait for a catfish to latch onto your hand and or arm in which case you make a fist and bring it up out of the water. I ended up watching a documentary on this called Okie Noodling because
The Flaming Lips did the soundtrack for it and I'm a huge FL fan.
