Hey everyone, this is my first post on the forum, and i am in need of some help.

It's my grandfather's 80th birthday this week and we're throwing him a party, but I'm having some difficulty finding this one particular song I've heard many times. It's basically a medley of Happy Birthday To You/For He's A Jolly Good Fellow and at times I've even heard it with Auld Lang Syne.

I'm looking for sheet music and/or lyrics and/or an mp3 of it, all suggestions would be appreciated and i hope to be a part of what looks like an excellent community.
