Any girl with any experience in anything wouldn't flat use a guy's head as a resting stool.
Personally, I think the best thing about any kind of position like that is when she's turned around and is able to service the guy as well.
It's more mutual than just one person blowing the other one at a time.
I think it's harder to get off like that though, because both parties are focused on doing something for the other... it feels great, but orgasms are pretty selfish type things in my experience. Having to focus on anything other than yourself prolongs it. Which can be a good thing as well.
